The problem is always the Windows software and drivers that have to be installed correctly, and I will show you 2 video guides on how to fix that and sync or connect your PC laptop or desktop with any bluetooth device.
Some Desktop or Laptop computers don’t have bluetooth built in so you need to check online if your PC has bluetooth if yes than just watch video and continue but if you don’t there is a simple solution for that too just buy a USB bluetooth dongle and they are really cheap online I bought one that costed me only $2 and it is version 5 and works with modern and old bluetooth devices.
