If you got this error watch me in the video guide fixing it.
This drive can only boot in uefi mode.
It can not boot in BIOS/Legacy mode.
You just need to go back a load the windows iso into the USB Flash Drive but this you will use the option MBR for legacy computer desktop or laptop
or in other words If you want to boot this drive in bios/legacy mode you should recreate it in rufus using the following settings:
Partition scheme – MBR
Target system – BIOS…
